Below is video footage of an altercation between a customer and shopkeeper in Peckham, which resulted in the customer, a Black woman, being strangled by the shopkeeper.
There are reports that the shopkeeper accused the woman of stealing from his shop. However, it has also been reported, that the woman went into the shop for a refund of products she had bought. Thus, this altercation seems to be a civil dispute issue.
This incident took place at Peckham Hair & Cosmetics, 79-81 Rye Ln, London SE15 5EX

Since this incident, there have been protests in Peckham outside the shop - #PeckhamProtests - and further protests are expected to take place. Below are a few videos relating to #PeckhamProtests, in relation to this matter.
